At Heaven Scent, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
